Welcome to the Eclipse Nevada Test Site. This Eclipse site contains versions of features and plug-ins for testing the Eclipse Update Manager. Many of the feature versions are based on recent Eclipse builds. Use the Update Manager's Feature Updates view to open this site (http://update.eclipse.org/testUpdates) to locate more feature versions to download.

You will have to have at least Eclipse 3.2 M5 to use these updates.
